I have started a project. It is a secure tax system for bitcoin written in autoit. Anyone can participate but I need developers most of all at this time. The list is at:

The project will meet the following goals:
*is a "mode" for the bitcoin core
*configurable private key generation
*50% tax added
*more depending on direction of project in the future.
